Sunan Abi Dawud, 2333

Al-Hasan said about a person who was in a certain city. He fasted on Monday, and twp persons bore witness that they had sighted the moon on the night of sunday. He said:That man and the people of his city should not fast as an atonement except that they know (for certain) that the people of a certain city of Muslims had fasted on Sunday. In that case they should keep fast as an atonement

Al-Hasan a dit à propos d’une personne qui se trouvait dans une certaine ville. Il a jeûné le lundi, et deux personnes ont témoigné qu’elles avaient vu la lune la nuit du dimanche. Il a dit : Cet homme et les gens de sa ville ne doivent pas jeûner en rattrapage, sauf s’ils savent avec certitude que les habitants d’une autre ville musulmane ont jeûné le dimanche. Dans ce cas, ils doivent jeûner en rattrapage
