حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، { وَمَنْ يُكْرِهْهُنَّ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ مِنْ بَعْدِ إِكْرَاهِهِنَّ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ } قَالَ قَالَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ غَفُورٌ لَهُنَّ الْمُكْرَهَاتِ .
Mu’tamir reported on the authority of his father Sa’id bin Al Hassan explain the Qur’anic verse “But if anyone compels them, yet after such compulsion is Allaah oft-forgiving most merciful(to them), said Allaah is oft-forgiving to those (slave girls) who were compelled (to prostitution)Mu’tamir a rapporté d’après son père Sa’id bin Al Hassan, expliquant le verset du Coran : « Mais si quelqu’un les y contraint, Allah est certes Pardonneur et Miséricordieux envers elles. » Il a dit : « Allah pardonne à celles (les esclaves) qui ont été forcées (à la prostitution). »Grades given by scholars
