Sunan Abi Dawud, 2156

Abu Al Darda said “The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) was in a battle. He saw a woman who was nearing the time when she was to deliver a child. “He said “Perhaps the master has intercourse with her.”. They(the people) said “Yes”. He said “I am inclined to invoke a curse on him which will enter his grave with him. How can he make it (the child) an heir when it is not lawful for him? How can he take it into his service when that is not lawful for him?”

Rapporté par Abu Al Darda رضي الله عنه : « Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ était en campagne militaire. Il a vu une femme proche d’accoucher. Il a dit : “Peut-être que son maître a eu des rapports avec elle.” Les gens ont répondu : “Oui.” Il a dit : “J’ai envie d’invoquer une malédiction contre lui qui l’accompagnera jusque dans sa tombe. Comment peut-il faire de cet enfant un héritier alors que ce n’est pas permis pour lui ? Comment peut-il le prendre à son service alors que cela n’est pas licite pour lui ?” »
