حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حُرَّةَ الرَّقَاشِيِّ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ نُشُوزَهُنَّ فَاهْجُرُوهُنَّ فِي الْمَضَاجِعِ " . قَالَ حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي النِّكَاحَ .
Abu Harrah Al Ruqashi reported on the authority of his uncle” The Prophet (ﷺ) said “If you fear the recalcitrance abandon them in their beds.” The narrator Hammad said “By abandonment he meant abandonment of intercourse.”Abu Harrah Al Ruqashi a rapporté d’après son oncle رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Si vous craignez leur désobéissance, éloignez-vous d’elles dans leurs lits. » Le rapporteur Hammad a précisé : Par “éloignement”, il voulait dire l’abandon des rapports intimesGrades given by scholars
