حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، - يَعْنِي الإِسْكَنْدَرَانِيَّ الْقَارِيَّ - عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ الْمُطَّلِبِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " صَيْدُ الْبَرِّ لَكُمْ حَلاَلٌ مَا لَمْ تَصِيدُوهُ أَوْ يُصَدْ لَكُمْ " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ إِذَا تَنَازَعَ الْخَبَرَانِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُنْظَرُ بِمَا أَخَذَ بِهِ أَصْحَابُهُ .
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: The game of the land is lawful for you (when you are wearing ihram) as long as you do not hunt it or have it hunted on your behalf. Abu Dawud said: When two traditions from the Prophet (ﷺ) conflict, one should see which of them was followed by his CompanionsRapporté par Jabir ibn Abdullah : J’ai entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dire : « La chasse terrestre vous est permise (quand vous portez l’ihram) tant que vous ne la chassez pas vous-même et que vous ne demandez pas à quelqu’un de le faire pour vous. » Abu Dawud a dit : « Quand deux traditions du Prophète ﷺ semblent en contradiction, il faut regarder laquelle a été suivie par ses Compagnons. »Grades given by scholars
