Sunan Abi Dawud, 1505

Al-Mughirah b. Shu'bah reported:"Mu'awiyah wrote to al-Mughirah b. Shu'bah: 'What would the the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) recite when he gave Taslim (salutation) in the prayer ?' Al-Mughirah dictated and wrote to Mu'awiyah: 'The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to say (at the end of the prayer after taslim): 'There is no God but Allah, Alone, Who has no partner, to Him belongs the dominion, to Him praise is due, and He is Omnipotent. O Allah no one cane withhold what You give and give what You withhold, and none benefits the fortunate person, for from You is the fortune

Al-Mughirah b. Shu'bah a rapporté : « Mu'awiyah a écrit à al-Mughirah b. Shu'bah : “Que récitait le Messager d’Allah ﷺ lorsqu’il faisait le taslim (salutation finale) dans la prière ?” Al-Mughirah a dicté et écrit à Mu'awiyah : “Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ avait l’habitude de dire à la fin de la prière après le taslim : ‘Il n’y a de dieu qu’Allah, seul, sans associé, à Lui la royauté, à Lui la louange, et Il est tout-puissant. Ô Allah, nul ne peut retenir ce que Tu donnes, ni donner ce que Tu retiens, et la fortune ne profite à personne, car tout vient de Toi.’ ”
