It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said:"I saw the Messenger of Allah in his (constructed) toilet, facing towards the Qiblah." (Da'if) (One of the narrators) 'Eisa said: "I told that to Sha'bi, and he said: 'Ibn 'Umar spoke the truth. As for the words of Abu Hurairah, he said: "In the desert do not face the Qiblah nor turn one's back towards it." As for the words of Ibn 'Umar, he said: "In the (constructed) toilet there is no Qiblah so turn in whatever direction you want." Another chain with similar wording

Rapporté par Ibn ‘Umar : J’ai vu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dans ses toilettes (construites), tourné vers la Qiblah. (Da’if) (‘Eisa, un des rapporteurs, a dit : "J’ai raconté cela à Sha’bi, et il a dit : ‘Ibn ‘Umar a dit vrai. Quant aux paroles de Abu Hurairah, il a dit : ‘Dans le désert, il ne faut ni faire face à la Qiblah ni lui tourner le dos.’ Quant aux paroles de Ibn ‘Umar, il a dit : ‘Dans les toilettes (construites), il n’y a pas de Qiblah, alors tournez-vous comme vous voulez.’" Une autre chaîne rapporte des paroles similaires
