بلا حكم
عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه و سلم قَالَ: أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَشْهَدُوا أَنْ لَا إلَهَ إلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ، وَيُقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ، وَيُؤْتُوا الزَّكَاةَ؛ فَإِذَا فَعَلُوا ذَلِكَ عَصَمُوا مِنِّي دِمَاءَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ إلَّا بِحَقِّ الْإِسْلَامِ، وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللَّهِ تَعَالَى .<br>[رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ] ،[وَمُسْلِمٌ]
On the authority of Abdullah ibn Umar (ra): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "I have been ordered to fight against the people until they testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and until they establish the salah and pay the zakat. And if they do that then they will have gained protection from me for their lives and property, unless [they commit acts that are punishable] in Islam, and their reckoning will be with Allah." [Bukhari & Muslim]Selon Abdallah ibn ‘Omar (qu’Allah l’agrée) : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Il m’a été ordonné de combattre les gens jusqu’à ce qu’ils attestent qu’il n’y a de divinité digne d’adoration qu’Allah et que Muhammad est le Messager d’Allah, qu’ils accomplissent la prière et qu’ils versent la zakat. S’ils font cela, alors ils préservent de moi leur vie et leurs biens, sauf pour ce que l’islam prévoit, et leur compte revient à Allah. » [Boukhari & Mouslim]أحكام العلماء
