حسن« Hasan Sahih » حكم Al-Albani
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَبَّانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ح وَأَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يُونُسَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي هِنْدٍ - وَحَبِيبٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَجُوزُ لاِمْرَأَةٍ هِبَةٌ فِي مَالِهَا إِذَا مَلَكَ زَوْجُهَا عِصْمَتَهَا " . اللَّفْظُ لِمُحَمَّدٍ .
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah said:"It is not permissible for a woman to give a gift from her wealth, once her husband has marital authority over her." This is the wording of (one of the narrators) MuhammadRapporté par ‘Amr bin Shu’aib, de son père, de son grand-père : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Il n’est pas permis à une femme de faire un don de ses biens, une fois que son mari a autorité sur elle. » Ceci est la formulation de Muhammadأحكام العلماء
