سنن النسائي 3668

It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that a man came to the Prophet and said:"I am poor and I do not have anything, and I have an orphan (under my care)." He said: "Eat from the property of your orphan without being extravagant, wasteful or keeping it as capital for yourself

Rapporté par 'Amr bin Shu'aib, d'après son père, d'après son grand-père : Un homme est venu voir le Prophète ﷺ et a dit : « Je suis pauvre et je n'ai rien, et j'ai un orphelin à ma charge. » Il a dit : « Prends de l'argent de ton orphelin sans exagérer, ni gaspiller, ni l'utiliser comme capital pour toi-même. »
