It was narrated that Anas said:"A funeral passed by and the deceased was praised." The Prophet said: "It is granted." Another funeral passed by and the deceased was criticized. The Prophet said: "It is granted." 'Umar said: "May my father and mother be ransomed for you. One funeral passed by and the deceased was praised, and you said, 'It is granted?"' He said: "Whoever is praised will be granted Paradise, and whoever is criticized will be granted Hell, You are the witnesses of Allah on Earth

Rapporté par Anas : "Un cortège funèbre est passé et le défunt a été loué." Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : "C’est accordé." Un autre cortège funèbre est passé et le défunt a été critiqué. Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : "C’est accordé." 'Umar a dit : "Que mon père et ma mère soient sacrifiés pour toi ! Un cortège funèbre est passé, le défunt a été loué, et tu as dit : 'C’est accordé ?'" Il a répondu : "Celui qui est loué aura le Paradis, et celui qui est critiqué aura l’Enfer. Vous êtes les témoins d’Allah sur Terre
