سنن النسائي 1353

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:"Some poor people came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and said: 'O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), the rich pray as we pray, and they fast as we fast, but they have wealth that they give in charity and with which they free slaves.' The Prophet (ﷺ) said: 'If you pray and say SubhanAllah thirty-three times, Al-hamdu-lillah thirty-three times and Alahu Akbar thirty-four times, and La illaha illaAllah ten times, then you will catch up with those who went ahead of you and will go ahead of those who come after you

Rapporté par Ibn 'Abbas : Des pauvres sont venus voir le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) et ont dit : "Ô Messager d'Allah (ﷺ), les riches prient comme nous, jeûnent comme nous, mais ils ont des biens qu'ils donnent en aumône et avec lesquels ils affranchissent des esclaves." Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : "Si vous priez et dites SubhanAllah trente-trois fois, Al-hamdu-lillah trente-trois fois, Allahu Akbar trente-quatre fois, et La ilaha illaAllah dix fois, alors vous rattraperez ceux qui vous ont précédés et vous dépasserez ceux qui viendront après vous
