صحيح مسلم 968

Jabir b. Samura reported:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came to us and said: "How is it that I see you lifting your hands like the tails of headstrong horses? Be calm in prayer." He (the narrator) said: He then again came to us and saw us (sitting) in circles. He said: "How is it that I see you in separate groups?" He (the narrator) said: He again came to us and said: "Why don't you draw yourselves up in rows as angels do in the presence of their Lord?" We said: Messenger of Allah, how do the angels draw themselves up in rows in the presence of their Lord? He (the Holy Prophet) said: "They make the first rows complete and keep close together in the row

Rapporté par Jabir b. Samura رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ est venu vers nous et a dit : « Pourquoi je vous vois lever les mains comme les queues de chevaux fougueux ? Soyez calmes dans la prière. » Il (le rapporteur) a dit : Il est revenu vers nous et nous a vus assis en cercles. Il a dit : « Pourquoi je vous vois en groupes séparés ? » Il (le rapporteur) a dit : Il est revenu encore et a dit : « Pourquoi ne vous alignez-vous pas en rangs comme le font les anges devant leur Seigneur ? » Nous avons demandé : Messager d’Allah, comment les anges se mettent-ils en rangs devant leur Seigneur ? Il (le Prophète ﷺ) a dit : « Ils complètent les premiers rangs et restent serrés dans le rang. »
