صحيح مسلم 750

A'isha reported:Asma (daughter of Shakal) asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) about washing after menstruation. He said: Everyone amongst you should use water (mixed with the leaves of) the lote-tree and cleanse herself well, and then pour water on her head and rub it vigorously till it reaches the roots of the hair. Then she should pour water on it. Afterwards she should take a piece of cotton smeared with musk and cleanse herself with it. Asma' said: How should she cleanse herself with the help of that? Upon this he (the Messenger of Allah) observed: Praise be to Allah, she should cleanse herself. 'A'isha said in a subdued tone that she should apply it to the trace of blood. She (Asma) then further asked about bathing after sexual intercourse. He (the Holy Prophet) said: She should take water and cleanse herself well or complete the ablution and then (pour water) on her head and rub it till it reaches the roots of the hair (of her) head and then pour water on her. 'A'isha said: How good are the women of Ansar (helpers) that their shyness does not prevent them from learning religion

Rapporté par Aïsha رضي الله عنها : Asma (fille de Shakal) a demandé au Messager d’Allah ﷺ comment se laver après les menstrues. Il a dit : « Chacune d’entre vous doit utiliser de l’eau mélangée à des feuilles de jujubier et bien se laver, puis verser de l’eau sur sa tête et frotter vigoureusement pour que l’eau atteigne les racines des cheveux. Ensuite, elle doit verser de l’eau sur tout son corps. Après cela, elle doit prendre un morceau de coton imprégné de musc et se purifier avec. » Asma a demandé : « Comment doit-elle se purifier avec cela ? » Le Prophète ﷺ a répondu : « Louange à Allah, elle doit se purifier. » Aïsha a dit à voix basse qu’il fallait l’appliquer sur les traces de sang. Asma a ensuite demandé comment se laver après un rapport intime. Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Elle doit prendre de l’eau, bien se laver ou faire ses ablutions, puis verser de l’eau sur sa tête et frotter jusqu’à ce que l’eau atteigne les racines des cheveux, puis verser de l’eau sur tout son corps. » Aïsha a ajouté : « Quelles femmes admirables que celles des Ansar, leur pudeur ne les empêche pas d’apprendre leur religion. »
