صحيح مسلم 4940

It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the, Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:While a man walks along a path, finds a thorny twig lying on the way and puts it aside, Allah would appreciate it and forgive him The Prophet (ﷺ) said: The martyrs are of five kinds: one who dies of plague; one who dies of diarrhoea (or cholera) ; one who is drowned; one who is buried under debris and one who dies fighting in the way of Allah

Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Lorsqu’un homme marche sur un chemin, trouve une branche épineuse sur la route et la met de côté, Allah apprécie ce geste et lui pardonne. » Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Il y a cinq sortes de martyrs : celui qui meurt de la peste, celui qui meurt de diarrhée (ou de choléra), celui qui se noie, celui qui meurt enseveli sous des décombres, et celui qui meurt en combattant dans le chemin d’Allah. »
