صحيح مسلم 4479

A'isha reported that Hind came to Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and said:Messenger of Allah, by Allah, there was no other household upon the surface of the earth than your household about which I cherished Allah bringing disgrace upon it, (and now) there is no other household upon the surface of the earth than your household about which I cherish Allah granting it honour. Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) said: It is so, by Him in Whose Hand is my life She said: Allah's Messenger, Abu Sufyan is a niggardly person. Is there any harm for me if I spend upon his children out of his wealth without his permission? Thereupon Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) said: There is no harm for you if you spend upon them what is reasonable

Rapporté par Aishah رضي الله عنها : Hind est venue auprès du Messager d’Allah ﷺ et a dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah, par Allah, il n’y avait pas de famille sur terre que je souhaitais voir humiliée plus que la tienne, et aujourd’hui il n’y a pas de famille que je souhaite voir honorée plus que la tienne. » Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « C’est ainsi, par Celui qui détient ma vie. » Elle a dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah, Abu Sufyan est avare. Est-ce un mal si je dépense pour ses enfants à partir de ses biens sans sa permission ? » Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a répondu : « Il n’y a pas de mal à ce que tu dépenses pour eux de façon raisonnable. »
