صحيح« Sahih » حكم الكتاب
وَحَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، أَيْضًا حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي كِلاَهُمَا، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ . مِثْلَهُ وَقَالاَ " فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنَ الْغُرَمَاءِ " .
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Qatada with the same chain of transmitters (but with a change of these words):" He is more entitled to get it than any other creditorRapporté par Qatada : Ce hadith a été rapporté avec la même chaîne de transmetteurs (mais avec ce changement de mots : « Il a plus de droit de la récupérer que tout autre créancier. »)أحكام العلماء
