صحيح مسلم 1325

A'isha, the wife of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) reported:The Apostle of Allah (ﷺ) used to supplicate in prayer thus:" O Allah! I seek refuge with Thee from the torment of the grave, and I seek refuge with Thee from the trial of the Masih al-Dajjal (Antichrist) and I seek refuge with Thee from the trial of life and death. O Allah! I seek refuge with Thee from sin and debt." She ('A'isha) reported: Someone said to him - (the Holy Prophet): Messenger of Allah! why is it that you so often seek refuge from debt? He said: When a (person) incurs debt, (he is obliged) to tell lies and break promise

Rapporté par Aïcha, l’épouse du Messager d’Allah ﷺ رضي الله عنها : L’Envoyé d’Allah ﷺ avait l’habitude d’invoquer dans la prière ainsi : « Ô Allah ! Je cherche refuge auprès de Toi contre le châtiment de la tombe, contre l’épreuve du Messie Dajjal (l’Antéchrist), et contre l’épreuve de la vie et de la mort. Ô Allah ! Je cherche refuge auprès de Toi contre le péché et la dette. » Elle a rapporté : Quelqu’un lui a dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah, pourquoi demandes-tu si souvent la protection contre la dette ? » Il a répondu : « Quand une personne s’endette, elle est amenée à mentir et à ne pas tenir ses promesses. »
