صحيح« Mauquf Sahih » حكم Salim al-Hilali
Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar said, "If someone dedicates an animal and then it goes astray or dies, he should provide a substitute, if it was for a vow. If, however, it was voluntary, then he can either provide a substitute for it or not, as he wishesNafe' a rapporté que Abdallah Ibn Omar a dit: «celui qui sacrifie une bête, puis que celle-ci s'égare ou périsse, si elle est un vœu, elle est à échanger par une autre, et si elle est offerte volontairement, il peut, s'il le veut, ou l'échanger pour une autre, ou ne rien faire»أحكام العلماء
