Abou Salama Ibn Abdel Rahman a rapporté: «En ayant entendu le deuxième appel à la prière, les hommes se levèrent pour faire (deux raka'ts légères) avant celle de l'aurore.En arrivant, l'Envoyé d'Allah (salallahou alayhi wa salam) r (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) leur dit: «deux prières à la fois» deux prières à la fois»?
