Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu'z-Zinad from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "By Him in whose hand myself is! To take your rope and gather firewood on your back is better for you than that you come to a man to whom Allah has given some of His favour and ask him, so he gives to you or refusesAbou Houraira a rapporté que l'Envoyé d'Allah r (salallahou alayhi wa salam) (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) a dit: «Par Allah qui tient mon âme en Sa main, que l'un de vous prenne sa corde et se fasse un fagot de bois qu'il portera sur son dos, lui vaut mieux que de mendier d'un homme à qui Allah Y a accordé de Ses biens, et qui pourra, ou lui donner ou lui refuser sa demande»أحكام العلماء
