Yahya related to me from Malik from Rabia ibn Abi Abd ar-Rahman that al-Qasim ibn Muhammad and Urwa ibn az-Zubayr said that a man who had four wives and then divorced one of them irrevocably, could marry straightaway if he wished, and he did not have to wait for the completion of her iddaRabi'a Ibn Abi Abdel Rahman a rapporté que Al Kassem Ibn Mouhammad et Ourwa Ibn Al-Zoubair disaient au sujet de l'homme qui, marié avec quatre femmes, ayant définitivement répudié l'une d'elles, pourra se marier d'avec une autre s'il le veut, sans qu'il soit obligé d'attendre que la période d'attente de celle qu'il a congédiée soit écoulée»أحكام العلماء
