سنن ابن ماجه 3263

‘Abdullah bin Busr said:“I gave the Prophet (ﷺ) a gift of a sheep, and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sat on his knees to eat. A Bedouin said: ‘What is this sitting?’ He said: ‘Allah has made me a humble and generous slave (of Allah) and has not made me arrogant and stubborn.’”

Rapporté par ‘Abdullah bin Busr : J’ai offert un mouton en cadeau au Prophète (ﷺ), et le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) s’est assis sur ses genoux pour manger. Un Bédouin a dit : « Quelle est cette façon de s’asseoir ? » Il a répondu : « Allah m’a rendu humble et généreux, et Il ne m’a pas rendu orgueilleux et dur. »
