صحيح« Sahih » حكم Al-Albani
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنِ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلاَءِ، يَزِيدَ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ عَنْ أَخِيهِ، مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ قَالَ قَالَ لِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ الْحُصَيْنِ إِنِّي أُحَدِّثُكَ حَدِيثًا لَعَلَّ اللَّهَ أَنْ يَنْفَعَكَ بِهِ بَعْدَ الْيَوْمِ اعْلَمْ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَدْ أَعْمَرَ طَائِفَةً مِنْ أَهْلِهِ فِي الْعَشْرِ مِنْ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ وَلَمْ يَنْهَ عَنْهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَلَمْ يَنْزِلْ نَسْخُهُ قَالَ فِي ذَلِكَ بَعْدُ رَجُلٌ بِرَأْيِهِ مَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَقُولَ .
It was narrated that Mutarrif bin ‘Abdullah bin Shikhkhir said:“Imran bin Husain said to me: ‘I will tell you a Hadith, that Allah may benefit you thereby after this day. Know that Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) had a group from his family perform ‘Umrah during the ten (days) of Dhul-Hijjah, and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) did not forbid that, and no abrogation of that was revealed, and it does not matter what anyone else suggests.’”Rapporté par Mutarrif bin ‘Abdullah bin Shikhkhir : ‘Imran bin Husain m’a dit : « Je vais te raconter un hadith, afin qu’Allah t’en fasse profiter après ce jour. Sache que le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a fait accomplir la ‘Umrah à un groupe de sa famille pendant les dix (jours) de Dhul-Hijjah, et le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) ne l’a pas interdit, aucune révélation n’est venue l’annuler, et peu importe ce que les autres peuvent dire. »أحكام العلماء
