حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ " .
Khathir bin 'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin 'Awf narrated that his grandfather said:“I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: 'The injuries cause by the beast are without liability, and mines are without liability.”Rapporté par Khathir bin 'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin 'Awf, dont le grand-père a dit : J’ai entendu le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) dire : "Les blessures causées par un animal ne sont pas à dédommager, et les mines non plusأحكام العلماء
