سنن ابن ماجه 1727

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“There are no days during which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these days,” meaning the (first) ten days of Dhul- Hijjah. They said: “O Messenger of Allah! Not even Jihad in the cause of Allah?” He said: “Not even Jihad in the cause of Allah, unless a man goes out with himself and his wealth and does not bring anything back.”

Rapporté par Ibn ‘Abbas : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Il n’y a pas de jours où les bonnes actions sont plus aimées d’Allah que ces jours-ci », en parlant des dix premiers jours de Dhul-Hijjah. Ils ont demandé : « Ô Messager d’Allah ! Même pas le Jihad dans le chemin d’Allah ? » Il a répondu : « Même pas le Jihad dans le chemin d’Allah, sauf si un homme part avec lui-même et ses biens et ne revient avec rien. »
