صحيح البخاري 6944

Narrated Abu Huraira:While we were in the mosque, Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) came out to us and said, "Let us proceed to the Jews." So we went along with him till we reached Bait-al-Midras (a place where the Torah used to be recited and all the Jews of the town used to gather). The Prophet (ﷺ) stood up and addressed them, "O Assembly of Jews! Embrace Islam and you will be safe!" The Jews replied, "O Aba-l-Qasim! You have conveyed Allah's message to us." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "That is what I want (from you)." He repeated his first statement for the second time, and they said, "You have conveyed Allah's message, O Aba-l- Qasim." Then he said it for the third time and added, "You should Know that the earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle, and I want to exile you fro,,, this land, so whoever among you owns some property, can sell it, otherwise you should know that the Earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle." Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Alors que nous étions dans la mosquée, le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) est venu vers nous et a dit : « Allons voir les Juifs. » Nous l'avons suivi jusqu'à ce que nous arrivions à Bait-al-Midras (un lieu où la Torah était récitée et où tous les Juifs de la ville se rassemblaient). Le Prophète (ﷺ) s'est levé et leur a dit : « Ô assemblée des Juifs ! Acceptez l'islam et vous serez en sécurité ! » Les Juifs ont répondu : « Ô Aba-l-Qasim ! Tu nous as transmis le message d'Allah. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « C'est ce que je veux de vous. » Il a répété sa première déclaration une deuxième fois, et ils ont dit : « Tu as transmis le message d'Allah, ô Aba-l-Qasim. » Puis il l'a dit une troisième fois et a ajouté : « Sachez que la terre appartient à Allah et à Son Messager, et je veux vous expulser de cette terre. Donc, celui d'entre vous qui possède des biens peut les vendre, sinon sachez que la terre appartient à Allah et à Son Messager. »
