صحيح البخاري 5368

Narrated Abu Huraira:A man came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "I am ruined!" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Why?" He said, "I had sexual intercourse with my wife while fasting (in the month of Ramadan)." The Prophet (ﷺ) said to him, "Manumit a slave (as expiation)." He replied, "I cannot afford that." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Then fast for two successive months." He said, "I cannot." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Then feed sixty poor persons." He said, "I have nothing to do that." In the meantime a basket full of dates was brought to the Prophet (ﷺ) . He said, "Where is the questioner." The man said, "I am here." The Prophet (ﷺ) said (to him), "Give this (basket of dates) in charity (as expiation)." He said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Shall I give it to poorer people than us? By Him Who sent you with the Truth, there is no family between Medina's two mountains poorer than us." The Prophet (ﷺ) smiled till his pre-molar teeth became visible. He then said, "Then take it

Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Un homme est venu voir le Prophète (ﷺ) et a dit : « Je suis perdu ! » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a demandé : « Pourquoi ? » Il a répondu : « J’ai eu un rapport avec ma femme alors que je jeûnais (pendant le Ramadan). » Le Prophète (ﷺ) lui a dit : « Affranchis un esclave (en expiation). » Il a répondu : « Je n’en ai pas les moyens. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Alors jeûne deux mois consécutifs. » Il a dit : « Je ne peux pas. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Alors nourris soixante pauvres. » Il a répondu : « Je n’ai rien pour cela. » À ce moment, un panier rempli de dattes a été apporté au Prophète (ﷺ). Il a demandé : « Où est celui qui a posé la question ? » L’homme a répondu : « Je suis là. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) lui a dit : « Donne ce panier de dattes en aumône (en expiation). » Il a dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) ! Dois-je le donner à des gens plus pauvres que nous ? Par Celui qui t’a envoyé avec la vérité, il n’y a pas de famille plus pauvre que la nôtre entre les deux montagnes de Médine. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a souri jusqu’à ce que ses dents apparaissent, puis il a dit : « Alors prends-le. »
