صحيح البخاري 5350

Narrated Ibn `Umar:The Prophet (ﷺ) said to those who were involved in a case of Lian, "Your accounts are with Allah. One of you two is a liar. You (husband) have right on her (wife)." The husband said, "My money, O Allah's Apostle!" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "You are not entitled to take back any money. If you have told the truth, the Mahr that you paid, was for having sexual relations with her lawfully; and if you are a liar, then you are less entitled to get it back

Rapporté par Ibn `Umar : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit à ceux qui étaient impliqués dans une affaire de Lian : « Vos comptes sont avec Allah. L’un de vous deux ment. Toi (le mari), tu as un droit sur elle (ta femme). » Le mari a dit : « Mon argent, ô Messager d’Allah ! » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Tu n’as pas le droit de reprendre cet argent. Si tu as dit la vérité, la dot que tu as payée était pour avoir des relations licites avec elle ; et si tu mens, tu as encore moins le droit de la reprendre. »
