صحيح البخاري 5265

Narrated `Aisha:A man divorced his wife and she married another man who proved to be impotent and divorced her. She could not get her satisfaction from him, and after a while he divorced her. Then she came to the Prophet and said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! My first husband divorced me and then I married another man who entered upon me to consummate his marriage but he proved to be impotent and did not approach me except once during which he benefited nothing from me. Can I remarry my first husband in this case?" Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "It is unlawful to marry your first husband till the other husband consummates his marriage with you

Rapporté par `Aisha : Un homme a divorcé de sa femme, puis elle a épousé un autre homme qui s’est révélé impuissant et l’a divorcée. Elle n’a pas pu être satisfaite avec lui, et après un certain temps il l’a divorcée. Elle est alors venue voir le Prophète et a dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) ! Mon premier mari m’a divorcée, puis j’ai épousé un autre homme qui est venu vers moi pour consommer le mariage, mais il s’est avéré impuissant et ne m’a approchée qu’une seule fois, sans rien en retirer. Puis-je alors me remarier avec mon premier mari dans ce cas ? » Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Il n’est pas permis de te remarier avec ton premier mari tant que l’autre mari n’a pas consommé le mariage avec toi. »
