صحيح البخاري 4935

Narrated Al--A`mash:Abu Huraira said, "Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, 'Between the two sounds of the trumpet, there will be forty." Somebody asked Abu Huraira, "Forty days?" But he refused to reply. Then he asked, "Forty months?" He refused to reply. Then he asked, "Forty years?" Again, he refused to reply. Abu Huraira added. "Then (after this period) Allah will send water from the sky and then the dead bodies will grow like vegetation grows, There is nothing of the human body that does not decay except one bone; that is the little bone at the end of the coccyx of which the human body will be recreated on the Day of Resurrection." Rapporté par Al--A`mash : Abou Huraira a dit : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Entre les deux sons de la trompette, il y aura quarante. » Quelqu’un a demandé à Abou Huraira : « Quarante jours ? » Mais il a refusé de répondre. Puis il a demandé : « Quarante mois ? » Il a encore refusé de répondre. Ensuite il a demandé : « Quarante ans ? » Il a de nouveau refusé de répondre. Abou Huraira a ajouté : « Ensuite (après cette période), Allah fera descendre de l’eau du ciel et alors les corps des morts repousseront comme la végétation pousse. Il n’y a rien dans le corps humain qui ne se décompose, sauf un os : c’est le petit os à l’extrémité du coccyx, à partir duquel le corps humain sera recréé le Jour de la Résurrection. »
