صحيح البخاري 4252

Narrated Ibn `Umar:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) set out with the intention of performing `Umra, but the infidels of Quraish intervened between him and the Ka`ba, so the Prophet (ﷺ) slaughtered his Hadi (i.e. sacrificing animals and shaved his head at Al-Hudaibiya and concluded a peace treaty with them (i.e. the infidels) on condition that he would perform the `Umra the next year and that he would not carry arms against them except swords, and would not stay (in Mecca) more than what they would allow. So the Prophet (ﷺ) performed the `Umra in the following year and according to the peace treaty, he entered Mecca, and when he had stayed there for three days, the infidels ordered him to leave, and he left

Rapporté par Ibn ‘Umar : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) est parti avec l’intention de faire la ‘Umra, mais les mécréants de Quraych l’ont empêché d’atteindre la Ka‘ba. Le Prophète (ﷺ) a donc sacrifié ses animaux à Al-Houdaybiya, s’est rasé la tête et a conclu un traité de paix avec eux (les mécréants), à condition qu’il fasse la ‘Umra l’année suivante, qu’il ne porte pas d’armes contre eux sauf des épées, et qu’il ne reste pas à La Mecque plus longtemps que ce qu’ils autoriseraient. Le Prophète (ﷺ) a donc accompli la ‘Umra l’année suivante, et selon le traité, il est entré à La Mecque. Après y être resté trois jours, les mécréants lui ont demandé de partir, et il est parti
