حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا جُوَيْرِيَةُ بْنُ أَسْمَاءَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ أَعْطَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَيْبَرَ الْيَهُودَ أَنْ يَعْمَلُوهَا وَيَزْرَعُوهَا، وَلَهُمْ شَطْرُ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا.
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) gave the land of Khaibar to the Jews on the condition that they would work on it and cultivate it and they would get half of its yieldRapporté par `Abdullah bin `Umar : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a donné les terres de Khaybar aux Juifs à condition qu’ils les cultivent et qu’ils en reçoivent la moitié de la récolteأحكام العلماء
