صحيح البخاري 2560

Narrated 'Aishah (ra) that Barira came to seek her help in writing of emancipation and she had to pay five Uqiya (of gold) by five yearly installments. 'Aishah said to her, "Do you think that if I pay the whole sum at once, your masters will sell you to me, and I will free you and your Wala' will be for me." Barira went to her masters and told them about that offer. They said that they would not agree to it unless her Wala' would be for them. 'Aishah further said, "I went to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and told him about it." Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said to her, "Buy Barira and manumit her and the Wala' will be for the liberator." Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) then got up and said, "What about those people who stipulate conditions that are not present in Allah's Laws? If anybody stipulates a condition which is not in Allah's Laws, then what he stipulates is invalid. Allah's Condition (Laws) are the truth and are more solid

Rapporté par 'Aishah رضي الله عنها : Barira est venue demander de l’aide pour son contrat d’affranchissement, qui était de cinq uqiya (d’or) à payer en cinq versements annuels. 'Aishah lui a dit : « Penses-tu que si je paie toute la somme d’un coup, tes maîtres accepteraient de te vendre à moi, et je te libérerais, et ton Wala’ serait pour moi ? » Barira en a parlé à ses maîtres, qui ont refusé à moins que le Wala’ soit pour eux. 'Aishah a raconté cela au Messager d’Allah (ﷺ), qui lui a dit : « Achète Barira, affranchis-la, et le Wala’ sera pour celui qui libère. » Puis le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) s’est levé et a dit : « Que dire de ceux qui posent des conditions qui ne sont pas dans les lois d’Allah ? Si quelqu’un pose une condition qui n’est pas dans les lois d’Allah, cette condition est nulle. La condition d’Allah est la vérité et plus solide. »
