سنن أبي داود 4853

Abu Salih said:I was sitting with my father and there was also a boy with him. He got up and then returned. So my father mentioned a tradition on the authority of Abu Hurairah from the Prophet (ﷺ) saying: If anyone gets up from where he has been sitting and comes back to it, he has most right to it

Abu Salih a dit : J’étais assis avec mon père et il y avait aussi un garçon avec lui. Il s’est levé puis il est revenu. Alors mon père a rapporté un hadith d’Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه, du Prophète ﷺ : « Si quelqu’un se lève de l’endroit où il était assis et y revient, il a plus de droit à cette place. »
