Narrated 'Amr b. Shu'aib: On his father's authority said that his grandfather reported the Prophet (ﷺ) said: A believer will not be killed for an infidel. Rapporté par ‘Amr ibn Shu’aib, d’après son père, d’après son grand-père : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Un croyant ne sera pas tué pour un mécréant. Si quelqu’un tue un homme volontairement, il doit être livré aux proches de la victime : s’ils le souhaitent, ils peuvent le tuer, ou s’ils le souhaitent, ils peuvent accepter le prix du sang. »
