حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، وَزَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم سُئِلَ عَنِ الأَمَةِ إِذَا زَنَتْ وَلَمْ تُحْصَنْ قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَبِيعُوهَا وَلَوْ بِضَفِيرٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ لاَ أَدْرِي فِي الثَّالِثَةِ أَوِ الرَّابِعَةِ وَالضَّفِيرُ الْحَبْلُ ‏.‏

Abu Hurairah and Zaid b. Khalid al-Juhani said:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was asked about a slave-woman who commits fornication, and she is not married: If she commits fornication, flog her: if she commits fornication again flog her; if only for a rope of hair (dafir). Ibn Shihab: I do not know whether he (the Prophet) said it is a third or a fourth time

Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه et Zaid ibn Khalid al-Juhani رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a été interrogé au sujet d’une esclave qui commet la fornication alors qu’elle n’est pas mariée : « Si elle commet la fornication, fouettez-la ; si elle recommence, fouettez-la ; même si ce n’est que pour une corde de cheveux. » Ibn Shihab a dit : Je ne sais pas s’il (le Prophète) a dit cela une troisième ou une quatrième fois
