سنن أبي داود 4425

Ibn ‘Abbas said:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) asked Ma’iz b. Malik : Is what I have heard about you is true? He said: What have you heard about me? He said: I have heard that you have had intercourse with a girl belonging to the family of so and so. He said: Yes. He then testified four times. He (The prophet) then gave order regarding him and he was stoned to death

Ibn ‘Abbas رضي الله عنه a dit : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a demandé à Ma’iz b. Malik : « Est-ce que ce que j’ai entendu à ton sujet est vrai ? » Il a répondu : « Qu’as-tu entendu à mon sujet ? » Il a dit : « J’ai entendu que tu as eu des rapports avec une fille de la famille d’untel. » Il a répondu : « Oui. » Il a alors témoigné quatre fois. Le Prophète ﷺ a ensuite donné l’ordre qu’il soit lapidé à mort
