صحيح« Sahih » حكم Al-Albani

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ نَافِعٌ حَدَّثْتُ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ فَقَالَ إِنَّ هَذَا الْحَدُّ بَيْنَ الصَّغِيرِ وَالْكَبِيرِ ‏.‏

Nafi ‘said:When I mentioned this tradition to ‘Umar.b.’Abd al-Aziz he said : This prescribed punishment is between the minor and the major

Nafi’ a dit : Lorsque j’ai mentionné cette tradition à ‘Umar b. ‘Abd al-Aziz, il a dit : « Cette peine prescrite se situe entre le mineur et le majeur. »
