سنن أبي داود 4268

Ahnaf b. Qais said:I came out with the intention of (participating in) fighting. Abu Bakrah met me and said: Go back, for I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: When two Muslims face each other with their swords, the killer and the slain will go to Hell. He asked: Messenger of Allah, this is the killer (so naturally he should go to Hell), but what is the matter with the slain ? He replied: He intended to kill his companion

Ahnaf b. Qais a dit : Je suis sorti avec l’intention de participer au combat. Abu Bakrah m’a rencontré et m’a dit : « Retourne, car j’ai entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dire : Lorsque deux musulmans se font face avec leurs épées, le tueur et le tué iront en Enfer. » Il demanda : « Ô Messager d’Allah, le tueur, c’est compréhensible, mais pourquoi le tué ? » Il répondit : « Il voulait tuer son compagnon. »
