سنن أبي داود 4049

Narrated Abul Husayn, that is al-Haytham ibn Shafi I and a companion of mine called Abu 'Amir, a man from al-Ma'afir went to perform prayer in Bayt al-Maqdis (Jerusalem). Their preacher was a man of Azd called AbuRayhanah, who was a companion of the Prophet (ﷺ). Abul Husayn said:my companion went to the mosque before me. I went there after him and sat beside him. He asked me: Did you hear the preaching of AbuRayhanah? I said: No. He said: I heard him say: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade ten things: Sharpening the ends of the teeth, tattooing, plucking hair, men sleeping together without an under garment, women sleeping together without an under-garment, men putting silk at the hem of their garments like the Persians, or putting silk on their shoulders like the Persians, plundering, riding on panther skins, wearing signet rings, except in the case of one in authority. Abu Dawud said: The solitary point in this tradition (not supported by other traditions) is the report about the signet-ring

Rapporté par Abul Husayn (al-Haytham ibn Shafi) رضي الله عنه : Un compagnon à moi appelé Abu ‘Amir, un homme d’al-Ma’afir, est allé prier à Bayt al-Maqdis (Jérusalem). Leur prêcheur était un homme d’Azd appelé AbuRayhanah, qui était un compagnon du Prophète ﷺ. Abul Husayn a dit : Mon compagnon est arrivé à la mosquée avant moi. Je l’ai rejoint et me suis assis à côté de lui. Il m’a demandé : « As-tu entendu le sermon d’AbuRayhanah ? » J’ai répondu : « Non. » Il a dit : « Je l’ai entendu dire : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit dix choses : tailler les dents en pointe, se tatouer, s’épiler, que des hommes dorment ensemble sans sous-vêtement, que des femmes dorment ensemble sans sous-vêtement, que des hommes mettent de la soie au bord de leurs vêtements comme les Perses, ou sur leurs épaules comme les Perses, piller, monter sur des peaux de panthère, porter une bague à cachet, sauf pour celui qui détient une autorité. » Abu Dawud a dit : Le point isolé dans ce récit (non confirmé par d’autres traditions) concerne la bague à cachet
