صحيح« Sahih » حكم Al-Albani
حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَخْزَمَ أَبُو طَالِبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنِ اسْتَعْمَلْنَاهُ عَلَى عَمَلٍ فَرَزَقْنَاهُ رِزْقًا فَمَا أَخَذَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ غُلُولٌ " .
Narrated Buraidah:The Prophet (ﷺ) as saying: When we appoint someone to an administrative post and provide him with an allowance, anything he takes beyond that is unfaithful dealingRapporté par Buraidah رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Quand nous nommons quelqu’un à un poste administratif et que nous lui donnons une allocation, tout ce qu’il prend en plus est une trahison. »أحكام العلماء
