سنن أبي داود 2533

Narrated AbuHurayrah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Striving in the path of Allah (jihad) is incumbent on you along with every ruler, whether he is pious or impious; the prayer is obligatory on you behind every believer, pious or impious, even if he commits grave sins; the (funeral) prayer is incumbent upon every Muslim, pious and impious, even if he commits major sins

Rapporté par Abu Hurayrah : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Le combat dans le sentier d’Allah (jihad) est un devoir pour vous avec tout dirigeant, pieux ou non ; la prière est obligatoire derrière tout croyant, pieux ou non, même s’il commet de grands péchés ; la prière funéraire est un devoir pour chaque musulman, pieux ou non, même s’il commet de grands péchés. »
