سنن أبي داود 2034

‘Ali said “We wrote down nothing on the authority of the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) but the Qur’an and what this document contains.”. He reported the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) as saying “ Madeenah is sacred from A’ir to Thawr so if anyone produces an innovation (in it) or gives protection to an innovator the curse of Allaah, angels and all men will fall upon him and no repentance or ransom will be accepted from him. The protection granted by Muslim is one (even if) the humblest of them grants it. So if anyone breaks a covenant made by a Muslim the curse of Allaah, angels and all men will fall upon him and no repentance or ransom will be accepted from him. If anyone attributes his manumission to people without the permission of his masters the curse of Allaah, angels and all men will fall upon him and no repentance or ransom will be accepted from him

Rapporté par ‘Ali رضي الله عنه : Nous n’avons rien écrit de la part du Messager d’Allah ﷺ sauf le Coran et ce que contient ce document. Il a rapporté que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Médine est sacrée d’A’ir à Thawr. Si quelqu’un y introduit une innovation ou protège un innovateur, la malédiction d’Allah, des anges et de tous les hommes sera sur lui, et aucun repentir ni compensation ne sera accepté de lui. La protection accordée par un musulman est une seule (même si le plus humble d’entre eux l’accorde). Si quelqu’un rompt un pacte fait par un musulman, la malédiction d’Allah, des anges et de tous les hommes sera sur lui, et aucun repentir ni compensation ne sera accepté de lui. Si quelqu’un attribue son affranchissement à des gens sans la permission de ses maîtres, la malédiction d’Allah, des anges et de tous les hommes sera sur lui, et aucun repentir ni compensation ne sera accepté de lui. »
